Overview

Uploading a MySQL Driver causes Database Query component to fail "Connection link error". This should not be an issue for those using default Drivers that come with Matillion ETL.

This tech note applies to all Matillion ETL platforms.

Advised Workaround

To work around this issue, set the following Connection Options in the Database Query Component

• useSSL: false
• serverTimezone: UTC
