Instagram Business Account ID Guide

This article is a step-by-step guide to retrieving your Instagram Business Account ID for use with the Instagram Extract connector.

Retrieving your Instagram Business Account ID

1. Log in to your Instagram account.
2. Click Profile in the menu on the left.
3. Click Edit Profile at the top, next to your Instagram profile picture.
4. Under the Settings heading on the left, click See more in Accounts Centre.
5. Select your intended Instagram profile.

6. In the URL, your Instagram Business Account ID will be displayed after /profiles in a numerical format. For example:

   https://accountscenter.instagram.com/profiles/[400011854700116]/?theme=dark
   

7. Open your Matillion ETL instance. When configuring the Instagram Extract component, if you have selected a data source that requires your Business Account ID, copy it in to the Business Account ID parameter field now.
