Manage account users

Existing Hub customers can view and manage their account's users. The user is required to follow a specific process when accepting an invitation to join an account, and tabular information is provided regarding the automated messages customers will receive during this process.

View and manage users of an account

All Hub admin roles can manage users of their account. This includes sending invitations and viewing privileges. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your Hub account. New users should click Sign Up to register with the Hub.
  2. On the My account page, select your account.
  3. Click Users in the sidebar on the left, and a list of your account users will be displayed.

You can view and edit the User Permissions and access levels for each user by selecting the three dots ... next to their name. Click Edit User to be directed to the Edit User dialog to make these changes. Refer to Edit user permissions for more information about user permissions and access levels.

Invite a user to an account

  1. Access the Users page for your account.
  2. At the top-right, click Invite User.

A toast notification will appear in the bottom-right of the page, informing you that the invitation email has been sent to the user. For more information, read Appendix: Invitation message information.

Accept an invitation to join an account

All users can accept an invitation email to sign up and log in to Hub, where they can join an account. To accept an invite, follow the steps below.

  3. New users will receive a confirmation email with a link to Verify my email address. Click this link to join the intended account. If you have not received an email confirmation, return to Hub, and click Resend Email.
