CDCNew features 🎉Improvements 🔧

• Private preview has begun for IBM DB2 iSeries as a CDC data source. Please contact Matillion Support if you wish to participate.
• Added a Read Replica UI option to the SQL Server CDC Pipeline setup that allows users to specify the use of an "Always On" read-only replica database.
• Added a new Snapshotting UI option to disable full snapshots being taken when a CDC Pipeline is started.
• Source connector stability improvements.

Recent MS SQL Server connector updates mean encryption is now enabled by default. See the MS SQL Advanced Settings documentation for more information.
