Manage email address and password
Hub customers can update their email address, reset their password, and use their new email address to access their Hub account. Automated notifications sent when requesting an email address change are listed in Appendix: Email change notifications.
Note
This process is only for users who log in to the Hub with an email address and password. Anyone who uses a third-party identity provider to log in to their account must manage their email address and password directly with their identity provider.
Changing your email address

- The My Account page will immediately be displayed. Select your account.
- In the upper-right corner, click the downward-facing arrow on the user menu, and select My Details.
