Export logs🔗
With the export logs feature enabled, logs from the agent are automatically sent to Matillion's systems for support. They are stored in the same cloud provider and geolocation as your Data Productivity Cloud account.
Enabling log export🔗
Log export is enabled by setting the EXPORT_LOGS optional agent parameter to true. For more information, read Optional agent parameters.
If you are using Matillion-supplied templates or scripts to install the agent, note that EXPORT_LOGS will be set to true by default unless you set it to false or remove it. If you don't want your agent logs sent to Matillion, ensure you configure your agent accordingly.
How long logs are stored for🔗
Logs are stored for 30 days, after which they are removed.
What is stored🔗
The same information that is visible in your local agent logs will be available to Matillion for support purposes. This doesn't include any data originating from data sources or in your cloud data warehouse.
