Export logs🔗
With the export logs feature enabled, logs from the Maia agent are automatically sent to Matillion's systems for support. They are stored in the same cloud provider and geolocation as your Maia account.
Enabling log export🔗
Log export is enabled by setting the EXPORT_LOGS optional Maia agent parameter to true. For more information, read Optional Maia agent parameters.
If you are using Matillion-supplied templates or scripts to install the Maia agent, note that EXPORT_LOGS will be set to true by default unless you set it to false or remove it. If you don't want your Maia agent logs sent to Matillion, ensure you configure your Maia agent accordingly.
How long logs are stored for🔗
Logs are stored for 30 days, after which they are removed.
What is stored🔗
The same information that is visible in your local Maia agent logs will be available to Matillion for support purposes. This doesn't include any data originating from data sources or in your cloud data warehouse.
