Overview

Default Query Profiles RSDs are not updating when upgrading clusters. You may find that, after updating your cluster. This is blocking a vital update for the Jira API and so you may find that the Jira Query component does not work as anticipated following your update.

The updated RSD files in Matillion ETL don't synchronise until you press the 'revert' button. When you revert the RSDs, the updated copies in api_profiles_originals are copied over the top of the api_profiles, the cluster syncs and you are ready to use the up-to-date RSDs.

Solution

The workaround for this is then quite simple; If the user reverts the RSD's after upgrade it will restore them to the latest version.
