GCP enabling APIs

Matillion ETL requires that relevant APIs be enabled on the project it's housed in.

From the GCP Console, browse to APIs and Services using the top-left menu, then click Enable APIs and Services.

From here, search for and enable the following APIs in your project:

• BigQuery API
• Cloud Resource Manager API
• Cloud Storage API
• Compute Engine API

The following APIs are optional and can be enabled if needed:

• Cloud Key Management Service (KMS) API
• Cloud Pub Sub API
• Google Sheets API

These changes may take some time to manifest and allow Matillion ETL to pass testing credentials.
