Matillion ETL instance overview

The Instances page automatically displays Matillion ETL instances associated with your account.

Note

New instances can be launched from this page by clicking Add instance in the top-right. Read Launching Matillion ETL for more information.

Accessing Instances

To access Instances:

Log in to the Hub.
Click ☰ → Manage → Pipeline Runs.
The Your activity page will be displayed. Click Instances in the left sidebar.

Matillion ETL instance details

You'll see a list of the Matillion ETL instances associated with your account. These instances have the following properties:

Instance: The name of your Matillion ETL instance.
Cloud Provider: The cloud provider your instance resides in.
Data Warehouse: The cloud data warehouse your instance is using.
Instance Status: Whether the instance is currently Active or Inactive. An active instance is one that has communicated usage within the last 24 hours.
Last called in: The latest timestamp from your Matillion ETL instance contacting the Hub.

To obtain more granular information, click on your intended Matillion ETL instance. A pop-up window will appear in the centre of the screen, giving the following information:

The name of your Matillion ETL instance.
Cloud Provider: The cloud provider your instance resides in.
Data Warehouse: The cloud data warehouse your instance is using.
Last called in: The latest timestamp from your Matillion ETL instance contacting the Hub.
Matillion version: The version of Matillion ETL running on your instance.
Instance Size The instance machine size.
Instance Reference The reference number automatically given to your Matillion ETL instance on creation.
Instance Status: Whether the instance is currently Active or Inactive. An active instance is one that has communicated usage within the last 24 hours.
